SIBUGAY RUBBER FARMER?S ASSOCIATION ASSEMBLY CONDUCTED
The Zamboanga Sibugay Rubber Farmer?s Association conducted an assembly at the Mini
Capitol Gym on June 20, 2006. The event was highlighted with the induction of officers
and graced by no less than Governor George T. Hofer, M.D. who delivered a keynote speech.
In the message of Mr. Jack Sandique, one of Mindanao?s rubber business tycoons, Sibugay has
claimed a niche in the national setting as the country?s highest and quality rubber producer
